Water treatment

Sinetic water treatment sector

Water treatment is a technology for obtaining drinking or process (for any industrial need) water.

Water for cleaning is fresh surface or underground (salt content of 0.5 g/l) or brackish (0.5-25 g/l), sea (25-45 g/l) and in some cases purified wastewater or process water.

Water treatment types and its functionalities

To obtain drinking water, in accordance with most national standards and recommendations of the World Health Organization requires:

Ultrafiltration (UF)
Reverse Osmosis (RO)
RO with UF

Pre-engineered containerized systems with equipment from the world's leading manufacturers are offered for treatment systems of each type of feed water. In order to obtain high-purity water (for high-pressure boilers) containerized electrodeionization (EDI) equipment can be supplied in addition, fully synchronized with UF/RO design.

Number of containers Fresh water (m³/h output) Brackish water (m³/h) Sea water (m³/h)
1 100 60 - 80 40 -45
2 250 150 - 190 100 - 115
4 600 350 - 500 220 - 250
8 1400 800 - 1200 500 - 600
Electricity consumption (1m³ product) 0.9kW 2.5kW 2.8kW

Benefits of Containerized Systems:

Significant cost reductions due to the no const associated with the construction
No need to create, coordinate, approve a project
Mobility, with the ability, if necessary, to move systems from place to place
Minimum required time for assembly and commissioning upon delivery (4-6 months total lead time)
